Our scratch and dent appliances are fully functioning, new appliances with only cosmetic flaws. These scratches and dents happen while in the hands of the manufacturer, during shipping, or on the floor of a big box store. These are not used in customers homes. So you can rest assured you're getting a quality product at a much better price

    We deliver appliances within a 25 mile radius. 0-10 miles is $25 & 11-25 miles is $75. We also offer appliance removal for $25 per appliance.

    30 day no hassle warranty on all appliances. All new appliances come with the manufacturer warranty which is a minimum of 1 year parts and labor.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We do our best to serve our customers with knowledgeable and capable staff that is ready to help with any question or concerns. We also will help customers load any appliance into their vehicles at the store.

After selling discount and surplus items exclusively online through ebay and amazon, Tenex expanded to it's New Holland retail space in 2024 to better serve it's customer and become more accessible to everyday shoppers looking for better prices. This continued in 2025 when they opened their Quarryville location, with an even wider selection and bringing quality scratch and dent appliances to southern Lancaster County.
